By booking or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before check-in.

Payments are processed via [Booking Platform, e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, or Direct Bank Transfer].

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund if canceled 30+ days before check-in.

50% refund if canceled 14–29 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations within 14 days of check-in.

2. House Rules

✔ No smoking inside the property (outdoor smoking area provided).
✔ No parties/events without prior approval (additional fees may apply).
✔ Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM to respect neighbors.
✔ Pets: Allowed only with prior approval (fee: $X per pet).

3. Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (flexibility subject to availability).

Early/late check-in/out may be available for an extra fee.

Self-check-in via keypad/lockbox (details sent 24 hours before arrival).

4. Damages & Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $XXX is required to cover damages or excessive cleaning.

Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Occupancy & Visitors

Maximum occupancy: X guests (strictly enforced).

Unregistered visitors must be approved in advance.

6. Amenities
Free Wi-Fi, parking, and listed amenities are provided as described.

Report any malfunctions immediately for prompt resolution.

7. Liability

Guests assume all responsibility for personal property and safety.

Owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or theft during the stay.

Guest information is confidential and used only for booking purposes.
